The session combines physical postures (asanas) to build greater flexibility, agility, balance and strength along with breathwork (pranayama) and mindfulness to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, improve sleep, and enhance mental clarity by calming the nervous system and supporting brain health.

The classes will be taught by Peter Eland (Yoga Australia Registered Teacher Level 2).
Peter has over 15 years of teaching experience.
